摘    要:结合流场校测和压气机叶栅试验测试方法的研究工作,应用算术平均、质量平均和掺混均匀法3种数据处理方法,获得了叶栅流场数据,并对数据进行了对比和误差分析,探索了复合探针在叶栅流场测量中的应用范围及条件.试验结果表明:复合探针在跨声速、俯仰角为-15°~15°范围内具有良好的气动特性,3种数据处理方法均可用于平面叶栅流场测量.通过流场校测和叶栅试验,验证了复合探针在流场测量中具有准确性、稳定性和可靠性的特点,其数据处理方法为叶栅流场提供了基础性的测量手段.

Application of Seven-Holes Composite Probe in Measurement of Plane Cascade Flow Field

Abstract:Combined with the study of the field calibration and test method of the compressor cascade test, the flow field data were obtained by three data processing methods, including arithmetic average, mass average and uniform mixing methods. The data were compared and the error was analyzed. The application scope and condition of the combination probe in the measurement of the flow field of cascade were explored. Results show that the gas dynamic characteristics of the combination probe are well within the pitching angle range from -15°to 15° in the transonic; three data processing methods can be used to measure the flow field of the planar cascade. By flow field calibration and cascade test, the characteristics of the combination probe in the flow field were verified which proved accuracy, stability and reliability. The data disposing methods basically serve for the cascade flow field.
