高负荷压气机精细化设计

摘    要:为保证压气机在负荷水平不断提高的同时仍具有良好的气动性能,需要对级间匹配、泄漏流和端区流动的控制进行精 细化处理。为兼顾压气机效率和裕度2个指标,需要对流量系数进行精细筛选以获得其最佳取值;通过增加级的反力度,可以有 效利用高负荷条件下转子的高稳定性,进而缓解负荷提高后静子易分离失稳的问题 ,同时使转、静子的扩散因子均得到较好地控 制;级间引气流场对压气机的级间匹配有较大影响,需要对引气结构进行优化设计,并在气动设计过程中对相关叶片排的攻角、落 后角作出补偿;合理控制篦齿封严泄漏流、转子叶尖泄漏流可以大幅提高高负荷压气机的气动性能;采用波浪壁流路可以较好地 控制高负荷压气机的局部端区流动,实现其效率和裕度水平的提升。

Refined Design of Highly Loaded Compressor

Abstract:To ensure that the compressor maintains good aerodynamic performance while continuously increasing its loading coeffi? cient, it is necessary to refine stage matching, leakage flow, and end zone flow control. To balance the efficiency and surge margin suitably, the optimum flow coefficient must be sifted out. By increasing the stage reaction degree, the high rotor stability under high load conditions can be effectively utilized, thereby alleviating the problem of flow separation and instability of the stator with increased load, and keeping the diffusion factors of the rotor and stator well controlled. Interstage bleed has a strong impact on stage matching, so it is necessary to opti? mize the bleed structure and adjust the incident angle and deviation angle of relevant blades properly. Reasonable control of labyrinth seal leakage flow and rotor tip leakage flow can significantly improve the aerodynamic performance of a highly loaded compressor; The use of a wavy wall flow path can effectively control the local endwall flow separation of a highly loaded compressor, achieving an improvement in its efficiency and stall margin.
