摘    要:详细介绍了涡轮螺旋桨发动机桨叶角测量方法,包括桨叶角传感器的研制、安装以及测试系统数据遥测、采集处理整个无线传输过程。该方法在运八飞机试验平台上成功地进行了飞行验证,为验证螺旋桨空中调节和运行规律提供了宝贵的试验数据,对于今后螺旋桨、旋翼及其它高速旋转部件的试飞测试具有重要参考价值。

Abstract:The measurement method of the turboprop engine propeller blade angle were introduced in detail,including the development and installation of blade angle transducer,and the whole wireless transmission include telemetry,acquisition of the test system data.It was executed on the Y8 airplane fligt bed.The experimental results demonstrate that the experimental method is feasible,and provides valuable experimental data for validating propeller regulation and operation law.It provides an important reference to flight test of the propeller,rotor and other high speed rotating parts.
