摘    要:为了使试验结果更好地指导风扇/压气机的气动设计和优化,从多级风扇/压气机气动设计的现状分析入手,通过理论分析结合具体气动性能调试的试验过程,说明了风扇/压气机设计阶段、任务、要求和主要面临的问题,给出了多级风扇/压气机气动设计试验和优化的主要流程,包括性能试验的项目、时机、数据获得的种类、内容和分析方法。提出了试验和测试技术所需达到的水平和目标。应用该流程的某型高负荷3级风扇性能调试结果表明:设计转速喘振裕度提高约5.8个百分点。

Effect of Testing and Measurement Technology on Fan/Compressor Design

Abstract:In order to have the test result guiding the design and optimization of fan/compressor more effectively, from the point of analyzing the status of multi-stage fan/compressor design, the design phase, mission, requirement and main issues of fan/compressor were presented by the theoretical analysis along with test process of detailed aerodynamic performance. The main procedures of aerodynamic performance design and optimization of multi-stage fan/compressor were given out, which included the program of performance test, types, content and analysis method of acquired data. The level and target by test and measuring technologies were put forward. The performance test results of applying the procedure to a high-load three-stages fan show that the surge margin at speed is improved 5.8%.
