摘    要:为适应未来高推重比航空发动机研制的需要,研究了国内外连续纤维增强钛基复合材料及其结构件的制备工艺特点,以及压气机连续纤维增强钛基复合材料整体叶环的设计和试验情况。以某压气机转子级为对象,开展了整体叶环设计和分析研究,提出了不同结构形式整体叶环设计方案,并从应力、重量、制造可行性和经济性等方面对不同结构设计方案进行了对比分析,结果表明:装配结构复合材料整体叶环应力水平低,制造可行性好,经济性好,并在一定程度上避免了径向载荷作用下的界面失效问题,值得深入研究。

Design and Analysis Continuous Fiber Reinforced TMC Bling

Abstract:In order to adapt the requirement of high thrust-weight ratio aeroengine development in future, the fabrication characteristics of continuous fiber reinforced Titanium Matrix Composites and its hardware were discussed and the research status of compressor bling structure design and rig test were introduced. Taking a compressor rotor stage rig as an example, the structure design and analysis of bling was studied, the different structure schemes were presented, and the stress, weight, manufacturing feasibility, economical efficiency were compared for the different structure schemes. The results show that the stress level of assembly structure composites bling is lower, the manufacturing feasibility and the economical efficiency are better, and the interfacial failure on account of radial load is avoided on a certain extent, so the assembly structure bling is worthy of research deeply.
