摘    要:分析了针对某型发动机风扇盘、压气机盘和涡轮盘等5项低循环疲劳(LCF)寿命试验的设计方案,计算得出了以上试验件在到达给定寿命时的可靠度和故障率,并与标准要求进行了对比。针对可靠度和故障率无法达标的问题提出了改进方案。

Reliability Analysis of LCF Experimental Design Concepts for an Aeroengine Disks

Abstract:The five design concepts of low cycle fatigue life(LCF) test for an aeroengine fan disk,compressor disk and turbine disk were analyzed.The reliability and failure rate of the test disks were calculated at reaching the given life.The calculations were compared with the standard demands.The improvement concepts were proposed for solving the problems that the reliability and failure rate can not reach the standard demands.
