摘    要:为研究航空发动机进口防冰问题,应用三维雷诺平均N—S方程和双方程k~ε模型,计算了某发动机进口支板外部空气流场,用欧拉法建立并求解了空气中过冷水滴控制方程;选取某些飞行工况,得到了支板防冰表面的水滴撞击特性,且分别在干、湿蒸发2种情况下得到了表面的防冰热负荷分布。可以此为基础进行支板表面加热形式和结构设计.

Numerical Simulation of Anti-icing Heat Load for Strut of Aeroengine Inlet

Abstract:The 3D Reynolds .averaged Navier-Stokes equations and model were used to calculate the airflow field around the strut of an aeroengine inlet for the anti-icing. The control equation of subcooling droplet in the air was built and solved by using Eulerian model. The characteristics of droplet impacting on the strut surface were achieved based on some flight conditions, and anti-icing heat load distribution on its sulfate were also obtained on both complete evaoration and incomplete evaporation. On the basis of the results, the heating configuration and structure of the strut can be designed.
