平板叶片冲击复合材料层合板的数值模拟方法

摘    要:以某型发动机的复合材料外涵机匣为模型,用LS-DYNA对平板叶片冲击碳纤维复合材料模型机匣进行了数值模拟。应用在LS—DYNA中的复合材料建模方法,分析了模拟冲击条件下的穿透阈值和复合材料的吸能特性,铺层角度、顺序对冲击过程的影响,以及在相同冲击速度下冲击角度对冲击过程的影响。最终得到平板叶片冲击复合材料机匣的模拟结果。

Numerical Simulation Method for Plate Blade Impact Composite laminates

Abstract:The numerical simulation for plate blade effect on impact load of an aeroengine carbon fiberreinforced PMC bypass duct was performed by LS-DYNA composite modeling.The penetration threshold in the simulated impact conditions, the energy absorption characteristic of PMC and the effect of layer angle and sequence on the impact process and the effect of impact angle on impact process in the same impact velocity were analyzed. The simulation results were obtained finally.
