摘    要:为了满足航空发动机主燃烧室试验出口温度场可视化需求,基于主燃烧室出口温度场测试原理,通过温度数据网格化、温度数据-颜色映射、以云图形式显示出口温度场数据的方法进行温度场可视化设计,并在Visual Basic 6.0下基于Tee chart控件开发了出口温度场可视化软件。应用结果表明:在试验中,通过与现有测控软件出口温度场数据交互,可视化软件能够实时、真实、直观地显示主燃烧室出口温度场变化情况,有助于试验人员快速判断出口温度场品质,进而缩短试验时间,降低试验费用,有效提高试验效率。

Visual Design of Combustor Outlet Temperature Field for Aeroengine

Abstract:In order to satisfy the visual requirement of outlet temperature field in aeroengine combustor test, a visualization design of outlet temperature field was achieved through data grid, temperature-color map and cloud images which had been described in detail based on the measurement principle of combustor outlet temperature field. Besides, a visualization software program had been written based on the Tee chart under Visual Basic 6.0. The application results show that a real-time, reliable and intuitional display of outlet temperature field can be realized by interaction with data of existing measurement and control system in test. The design, therefore, is helpful for engineers to find out the quality of outlet temperature field quickly, which could effectively shorten the time, reduce the cost and improve the efficiency.
