摘    要:针对Lamilloy类型的3层多孔层板结构,对有横流存在的多孔多层板的流动换热特性进行了数值模拟,考察了层板结构内的流动和壁面换热特性及层板热侧横流中的复杂流动换热现象,分析了多孔多层板发散冷却特性和流动换热机理.结果表明,多孔多层板发散冷却高效且均匀,层板结构内部的流动换热特性受横流影响很小,层板内强烈的冲击和对流换热是层板高效冷却的关键因素,如增大层板热侧开孔孔径或采用斜孔,可以进一步改善发散冷却效果.

Characteristics of Transpiration Cooling for Porous Multi - Laminated Plates- Ⅱ.Crossflows

Abstract:The numerical simulation of heat transfer for the porous multilaminated plates was conducted in order to investigate the flow and heat transfer characteristics in the plates with cross flow. The results have shown that the transpiration cooling is characterized by good unifomity and high efficiency. Crossflow has a little influence on the heat transfer characteristic because the impingment or convection coolings are dominant factors. It is possible to improve the cooling efficiency by means of the larger or the inclined discharge holes.
