摘 要: | 对某型航空发动机引接管的断裂故障进行了分析。对故障件进行了外观检查、断口分析、解剖分析及金相分析,分析了其断裂性质和原因。结果表明:引接管断裂性质为高周疲劳,起源于2根引接管之间钎焊焊接根部的外表面,该部位的应力集中以及发动机的振动载荷是引起引接管疲劳断裂的主要原因。

Abstract: | The fracture failure of anti-surge pipe for an aeroengine was analyzed.The macro observation,fracture analysis,dissection analysis and metallographic analysis were completed.The results show that the fracture property of anti-surge pipe is high cycle fatigue which originated from the outer surface between the two anti-surge pipes at the root of the welded joint.The stress concentration and vibration load are the main cause of anti-surge fatigue fracture. |
