摘    要:某型燃气轮机在试验过程中,多次发生中央传动杆磨损故障,严重影响了研制和试验工作的正常进行。通过对故障件进行磨损痕迹分析、传动杆临界转速分析及壁温测量试验,确定传动杆磨损的主要原因是传动杆临界转速靠近工作转速,工作时振动过大,从而引起了传动杆与外部套管磨损;提出了结构改进措施,经试验证明是有效的。

Wearing Failure Analysis of Master Operating Link in a Gas Turbine

Abstract:The development and test were influenced by the wearing failures of the master operating link often occurred during a gas turbine test.The wearing traces analysis of the fault parts,critical speed analysis of operating link and measurement test of the wall temperature were conducted to determine the major reason that the critical speed of the operating link was close to the operating speed,thus the vibration was very large to cause the wearing between the operating link and outer sleeve.The measures of structural improvement presented were available by test certification.
