摘    要:MCrAlY涂层既可作为包覆涂层,也可作为热障涂层的粘结层,已被广泛应用;而MCrAlY+AlSiY复合涂层因具备抗氧化、抗高温热腐蚀能力,而备受关注。论述了MCrAlY+AlSiY复合涂层的制备技术、氧化与热腐蚀行为等,并分析了其在航空发动机上的应用前景。

Application of MCrAlY+AlSiY Composite Coating for Aeroengine

Abstract:MCrAlY(M=Ni and/or Co) coating was widely used such as clad coating and tack coat of heat barrier coating.MCrAlY+AlSiY composite coating received much concern due to its oxidation and high-temperature hot corrosion resistance.The prepar-ation techniques,oxidation and hot corrosion behaviors of MCrAlY +AlSiY composite coating were described,and the application prospect in the aeroengine was analyzed.
