摘    要:针对某型无人驾驶直升机发动机控制的特点,提出恒量供油、恒速控制和总距前馈补偿控制的复合控制策略,在飞行控制计算机内建立发动机模糊自适应PID控制器,利用模糊规则和推理来在线调整PID参数,使发动机安全平滑启动,并在各种功率状态下保持输出轴转速恒定。经含实物仿真试验、地面试车、系留试验以及无人机整机试飞测试,所设计的发动机控制方案动态响应速度快,对总距变化等干扰的抑制作用强,能保证主旋翼在各种飞行状态下获得最佳的气动效率,改进无人直升机的飞行性能。

Abstract:Complex engine control strategy,including constant fuel supply,constant speed control and forward-feed compensation control rule was proposed for an unmanned helicopter engine.Fuzzy adaptive PID controller was built in a flight control computer.Adopting fuzzy rule and fuzzy inference were used to adjust PID parameters on-line and thus to make engine start smoothly and keep constant rotor speed at all power settings.It is proved by hardware-in-loop simulation,engine ground test,tethered test and flight test that the engine control strategy designed has quick transient response and it is robust to disturbance such as overall pitch variation.The results show that the main rotor yields best aerodynamic efficiency at all flight status,and thus the flight performance of the unmanned helicopter can be improved.
