侧喷挡板式雾化喷油杆喷雾特性实验

摘    要:发展了一种新型侧喷挡板式雾化喷油杆,使用Malvern激光粒度仪,对其在横向气流中所形成的雾场进行测量,获得其雾化特性参数.分析了初始雾化过程和雾场结构,初步研究了油压、气流速度以及喷油杆几何结构对喷雾特性的影响.研究结果对于该型喷油雾化方式的应用研究以及数值计算有着重要的意义.

Abstract:A new type of fuel baffle-type injector was developed.With the injector spraying in cross flow,Malvern laser particle analyzer was used to measure the spray characteristic parameters.The initial atomization process and special spray feature were analyzed.Furthermore,the paper made a primitive study of the influences of air velocity,fuel injection pressure and injector structure design sizes on the atomizing characteristics.The results are of significance to the application and numerical calculus of this inj...
