摘    要:基于网格变形技术提出了一种叶片参数化有限元建模方法,该方法具有快速实现叶片参数化有限元建模的优点,同时能够在保证叶片有限元网格拓扑形式不变的前提下,有效解决叶片优化设计过程中的网格自动更新问题.在此基础上,结合叶片罩量优化设计的灵敏度分析技术,建立了叶片罩量自动优化一般设计流程,开展了叶片实例优化设计应用研究.优化结果...

Abstract:A parametric discretization method for blade was proposed based on the FE (finite element) mesh morphing technique.This method has advantage of realizing automatic and rapid updating of the finite elements meshes without any change of the mesh topology.Moreover,a general procedure was established for the design optimization of the gravity center eccentricity of blade in combination with design sensitivity analysis.Numerical examples were solved successfully.Optimization results show that the stress level and distribution can be largely improved by means of the proposed design procedure.
