单级轴流压气机与发动机吊架干涉的计算和优化研究

摘    要:采用数值模拟方法,对单级低速轴流压气机与发动机吊架之间的干涉进行了计算分析。结果表明发动机吊架产生的扰动对转子通道内的流动具有较强的影响,使得转子叶片承受较大的非定常力的作用。提出了在吊架前缘引气的方法,可以消除吊架对转子的影响。

Abstract:Numerical simulations were carried out to investigate interaction between a single stage compressor and pylons.Analysis of results shows that the pylons cause large disturbance on flowfield in compressor,and that the disturbance imposes significant effects on the flow field of rotor,which brings the blades of rotor under large unsteady surface pressure.Flow near the pylon leading edges was drawn out,which almost completely shielded the influence of pylons on rotor.
