齿轮箱中滚动轴承的故障诊断

摘    要:提出了一种基于自适应除噪技术(ANC)和共振解调技术(DRT)的齿轮箱中滚动轴承的故障诊断方法。该方法先后用同一传感器和测量系统、在同一位置采集被诊断轴承在无故障时的振动信号和在状态监测过程中的振动信号,然后把这两次拾取的信号分别作为自适应除噪系统的参考输入和主输入进行除噪处理,最后用共振解调技术对除噪后的振动信号进行包络解调,实现齿轮箱中滚动轴承的故障诊断。实际应用表明,该方法能够从齿轮箱振动信号中剔除齿轮啮合振动等背景噪声,提高滚动轴承振动信号的信噪比,可以有效地诊断齿轮箱中滚动轴承的故障。

Abstract:A method for diagnosing the rolling bearing faults in a gearbox based on Adaptive Noise Canceling(ANC) and Demodulated Resonance Technique(DRT) was presented.The signals under normal condition were detected first,and then the continuously monitored signals of the rolling bearing were collected using the same sensor and measurement system at the same location of the gearbox.ANC processing was carried out using the signals under normal condition as the reference input and the monitored signals as the main input.Finally,DRT was applied to the noise-cancelled signals in order to realize feature extraction and fault diagnosis of the rolling bearing.The experimental results show that this method not only improves the signal-to-noise ratio of the measurements,but can also effectively diagnose the incipient faults of the rolling bearing in the gearbox.
