摘    要:对矩形通道内的球面凹坑壁面进行了传热系数和流动阻力测量,研究了通道Re数和凹坑间距的影响.无量纲流向间距分别为1.5,1.2和0.8.实验发现凹坑面上局部Nu数沿流向和横向变化剧烈.与光滑壁面相比,凹坑面的平均换热增强45%左右,流动阻力增大92%左右,平均综合传热性能增强16%.减小凹坑间距使流动阻力增大,平均换热和平均综合传热性能进一步增强.数据显示Re数对凹坑壁面的换热增强和流动阻力增大的影响相对较小.

Abstract:Heat transfer coefficient and pressure loss measurements are carried out on spheric dimpled test surfaces placed on one wall of a rectangular channel. Three dimpled plates with non-dimensional streamwise space 1.5, 1.2, and 0.8, are tested to provide information on the influences of dimple space. Significant local Nusselt number variations are observed at different streamwise and spanwise locations. Comparing the dimpled wall with the smooth wall, globally-averaged Nusselt numbers increase around 45%, friction factors increase around 92%, and thermal performance parameters increase 16%. Decreasing dimple space results in friction factors, globally-averaged Nusselt numbers and thermal performance parameters increasing obviously. Data also illustrate that the influences of Reynolds number on Nusselt number ratio and friction factor ratio are relatively small.
