摘    要:运用NUMECA对某内外涵组合压气机进行数值模拟,为了减小内涵静子表面流动分离,提高其气动性能,在对其设计改型过程中,先后采用了直叶片、根部后掠和根部后掠尖部前掠三种叶型,数值模拟结果表明,弯掠叶型能减弱根尖部低能流体的堆积,抑制端壁角区的气流分离,使根尖部流动得到改善,从而提高其整体性能.此外,还考察了稠度对叶栅气动性能的影响,结果表明,合理的稠度选择,可以改善叶栅的流场结构,降低叶栅二次流损失.

Abstract:NUMECA commercial software was used to simulate some axial-centrifugal compressor with bypass.In order to induce the flow separation on the surface of the core stator,three kinds of blades were used in the design course,i.e.straight blade,backward swept at foot and both backward swept at foot and forward swept at tip,respectively.The results show that,the swept and curved blade can reduce the pile of the low energy flow at corner,and restrain the flow separation,improving the flow at the corner and enhancing the overall performance of the blade.The paper also made some computation about the solidity influence on the cascade aerodynamics.The results show that,reasonable solidity can change the flow field structure,and reduce the secondary loss of the cascade.
