航空发动机的模糊故障诊断方法研究

摘    要:提出了一种基于T-S模糊模型的故障诊断方法,该方法从样本空间提取模糊规则,在模糊系统参数最优化的同时实现了对模糊系统结构的自适应优化,并给出了故障判定的阈值确定方法.以某涡扇发动机定检稳态的机载记录数据为依据,将基于T-S模糊模型的故障诊断方法应用于航空发动机,研究结果表明,该方法能准确地判定某涡扇发动机的健康状况,将其应用于航空发动机故障诊断是可行、有效的.

Abstract:An algorithm of fault diagnosis based on T-S fuzzy model was proposed.In the algorithm,fuzzy rules were obtained from sample book data.The structure of fuzzy system is adaptively optimized when the parameters of fuzzy system are optimized.A method to determine fault diagnosis threshold was introduced.According to the airborne recorded aeroengine steady state data obtained during fixed time check,the algorithm was used to diagnose the turbofan engine fault.The results show that the algorithm can exactly diagnose some turbofan engine fault.This shows the feasibility of applying this algorithm to aeroengine fault diagnosis.
