微小型航空发动机滚动轴承复合润滑冷却技术

摘    要:通过CFD(计算流体动力学)分析,研究了调节喷入轴承腔内的混合油流量对腔内压力、气液两相分布规律的影响以及油气比的变化对轴承润滑冷却效果的影响.结果表明:混合油流量增大时,油气比增大,但轴承腔内压力分布规律基本不变,滚珠和保持架上受力不均效果增加;气液两相在轴承腔上游分布不均匀,滚珠位置对分布有影响;滚珠和保持架上油膜厚度分布不均,混合油流量的增加并不代表润滑效果的提升;混合油的冷却作用大于空气,油气比增大时可以增强轴承的冷却效果.

Abstract:Based on computational fluid dynamics(CFD) method,the pressure and gas/liquid distribution in rolling bearing chamber and the effect of lubrication and cooling through varied gas-oil ratio were researched.The results show that the pressure distribution is not clearly changed with the increase of gas-oil ratio but the inhomogeneous force is enlarged in ball and cage.The gas/liquid two-phase flow distribution is not homogenized in rolling bearing chamber upstream,and then gradually becomes regular downstream ...
