摘    要:建立了某实用的尾缘凹扇和综合修形波瓣混合器流场数值计算模型,通过三维数值模拟研究,得到了尾缘凹扇以及综合修形对波瓣混合器流场、热混合效率和总压恢复系数的影响规律.结果表明:凹扇修形热混合效率随切除大小的增大而减小,总压恢复系数随切除大小的增大而增加;在所研究的尾缘综合修形模型中,凹扇半切模型混合效率高,总压损失小,综合性能最好.

Effect of elliptical and compositive cut at trailing edge on the performance of a lobed mixer

Abstract:The principal effects of different elliptical and compositive cut at trailing edge of a practical lobed mixer on the thermal efficiency and the total-pressure recovery coefficient were studied by 3D-CFD numerical simulation. The results show that the thermal mixing efficiency declines while the total-pressure recovery coefficient increases as the cut size of the elliptical sector augments. As for the models of compositive cut at trailing edge, the thermal mixing efficiency is lower than that of the original models except for the model with half sector arrangement, but the total-pressure recovery coefficient is usually higher than that of the original model. Among all the models with compositive modification, the model with half sector arrangement has the best performance.
