摘    要:研究了基于接触有限元分析的斜齿轮精确齿廓修形设计,并进行了振动对比验证实验.在AN-SYS环境下建立了精确的斜齿轮副接触有限元分析模型,并通过有限元接触分析,以直接提取的啮合线方向综合弹性变形作为齿廓修形设计的依据,精确确定了斜齿轮副的齿廓修形量及修形设计方案;根据所确定的齿廓修形设计方案,设计并建立了台架对比实验系统...

Abstract:The precise tooth profile modification (TPM) of helical gears based on finite element contact analysis has been investigated,and the vibration comparative experiment has been carried out for verification.An accurate finite element contact analysis model of helical gears was established directly under ANSYS,while the integrated elastic deformation of the meshed teeth was extracted directly from the finite element contact analysis results,and considered as the main basis of the amount of tooth profile modification;then the precise tooth profile modification was presented.According to the presented design of tooth profile modification,the comparative experiment system was built up,and the vibration comparative experiment was carried out under a variety of speed and load conditions;then the actual effects and characteristics of vibration and noise reduction of the modified gears were discussed.Researches show that,the presented precise tooth profile modification is quite correct and reasonable,and also has a good effect of noise and vibration reduction,with the biggest reduction under each criterion down to 11.28dB and 4.69dB .
