遮挡板结构对二元喷管红外辐射特性的影响

摘    要:在宽高比3.33的圆转矩形二元喷管的出口处安装下遮挡板,通过基于计算流体动力学/红外辐射(CFD/IR)数值模拟的方法来研究遮挡板结构对喷管壁面和尾焰的红外辐射强度的抑制效果.研究表明带狭缝气膜冷却的双层遮挡板对排气系统的红外辐射具有更为显著的抑制效果.

Abstract:The non-axis-symmetric circular-to-rectangular nozzle is capable of suppressing the infrared radiation signature with less performance loss compared to axis-symmetric nozzle.This paper researched the effects of different sheltering baffle structures on the infrared radiation suppression of the two-dimensional nozzle with aspect ratio 3.33 by computational fluid dynamics/infrared radiation (CFD/IR) numerical simulation.The investigation shows that the double-sheltering baffles with film slots on the upper sheltering baffle have more obvious infrared radiation suppression effect.
