化学非平衡流动对超燃冲压发动机尾喷管性能的影响

摘    要:采用RNGk-ε湍流模型和有限体积方法数值求解有组分的守恒形式Navier-Stokes方程,针对设计的超声速燃烧冲压发动机单斜面膨胀喷管,采用氢氧七组元八反应模型,数值模拟不同高度、不同来流马赫数条件下的喷管流场和性能.计算结果表明,喷管内的进一步燃烧对燃烧室起到了一定的补燃作用,对喷管性能影响较大.化学非平衡状态下,喷管推力特性和升力特性显著提高.超燃冲压发动机尾喷管的性能研究,应考虑化学非平衡流动的影响.

Abstract:The RNG k-ε turbulence models and finite volume method were used to solve the conservative Reynolds-averaged Navier-Stokes equations.7-specice,8-step finite-rate chemical reaction models were employed to calculate the flow of the scramjet single expansion ramp nozzle.The characteristics of the nozzle were numerically studied under various free-stream Mach numbers and various flight heights.The calculation shows that the performances of the nozzle are notably advanced under the combustion in the nozzle.The non-equilibrium chemical reactions should always be considered in research of the performance of scramjet nozzle.
