摘    要:运用数值计算的方法对具有水滴形叉排扰流柱阵列矩形通道内的流动和换热过程进行了三维数值研究,获得了通道内流场、压力场以及壁面对流换热的基本特征,并与具有相同截面积的圆柱形扰流柱进行了对比分析。研究结果表明:在本文研究的范围内,与圆柱形扰流柱相比,水滴形扰流的强化换热效果约下降约15%,但流动阻力却下降了近50%。

Abstract:Three-dimensional numerical computation of flow and heat transfer in rectangular channel with staggered arrays of droplet-type pin fins is conducted to investigate the effects of the shape of pin fins on flow and heat transfer characteristics.As a conventional enhanced heat transfer method,the rectangular channel with staggered arrays of column-type pin fins with the same cross-areas to droplet-type pin fins is also considered.Both type pin fins have the same cross-areas.The velocity fields,pressure fields in the channel and local convective heat transfer coefficients on the wall are obtained.The results indicate that in the present research range of Re number and constructional parameters,the enhanced heat transfer capability of droplet-type pin fins about 15% less than that of the conventional column-type pin fins,and the pressure drop of droplet-type pin fins is only about 50% of the conventional column-type pin fins.
