摘    要:某发动机在工厂台架试车过程中,要求严格控制发动机振动量,用速度计监测整机振动水平。由于工厂实际条件限制,需改用加速度计作为测振传感器。结果发现原合格发动机的振动量,却大大超过规范要求。 发动机的振动水平及其转子动力学特性与其支承系统的动力特性密切相关。近年来,国内外都十分重视对支承系统动力特性的研究。本文在已有工作的基础上,着重考虑了

Abstract:An equivalent method of resonant frequence is provided to determine the magnitude of the required extra mass when an acceleration transducer is applied to measuring the vibrationsof an engine instead of velocity transducer without changing the original technical specifications.The effect of the transducer mass on the dynamic characteristics of the rear bearing-case system is investigated.The experiments show that the first several orders of the resonant frequences and displacement mobility peak values vary to a great extent because of great difference between two transducer masses when the velocity transducer is replaced by the acceleration transducer in measuring the vibrations of the system.
