无轴承无刷直流电机悬浮力控制研究

摘    要:在分析无轴承无刷直流电机径向悬浮力产生机理的基础上,建立了电机径向悬浮力的数学模型,并设计了无轴承无刷直流电机径向悬浮力控制的控制系统。对所设计的控制系统使用MATLAB工具进行建模与仿真。最后,在试验样机上进行了试验验证。结果表明,无轴承无刷直流电机能够稳定运行,且转子能够稳定悬浮于中心。

Abstract:The suspension force principle of the bearingless brushless DC motor was analyzed, and the mathematical model of suspension force was deduced. The suspension force control system was designed. By using MATLAB software, the control system model had been established and the simulation experiments had been completed. Finally, the experimental prototype was designed. The experimental results showed that the motor could stable operation, and the rotor could be stable suspended in the center.
