永磁同步电机霍尔位置传感器自标定算法研究

摘    要:为提高采用霍尔位置传感器的永磁同步电机控制效率,解决标定精度低的问题,提出了两种自标定算法。对提出的霍尔位置传感器自标定算法进行了建模仿真和算法编程验证,将标定后的霍尔传感器得到的转子位置与通过旋转变压器测得结果对比,验证两种自标定算法的准确性。结果表明,所提的霍尔位置传感器位置自标定方法既可以提高标定效率,也可提高获取转子位置的准确度,为实现电机的精准高效控制提供保障。

Abstract:In order to improve the efficiency of permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) with halleffect sensor, it was necessary to solve the difficulty of halleffect sensor calibration. Two selfcalibration algorithms were proposed. In order to verify the accuracy of the two selfcalibration algorithms, simulation and algorithmic programming verification of the proposed algorithm were presented. After calibrated by algorithms, the rotor position of the halleffect sensor was compared with that measured by the resolver. The results showed that the selfcalibration algorithms of halleffect sensor could improve the calibration efficiency and improve the accuracy of the rotor position, and provide the guarantee for accurate and efficient control of the PMSM.
