翼尖喷流引流管道内流数值模拟

摘    要:数值模拟计算了为实现旋翼翼尖喷流驱动的引流管道内部流动,分析了管道出口形状对引流管道流动的影响.通过对比不同入口压力以及不同管道出口形状对引流管道的总压损失的影响,分析不同情形下对引流管道的出口流量、流动的出口速度的影响,综合得出对产生的转动力矩的影响,以此验证了通过内置管道引流实现翼尖喷流驱动的可行性,以找到一种实用的使引流管道的损失最小的引流管道设计方法.

Abstract:To implement the jet driving rotor which jets at the rotor-tip,the flows inside the conductive pipe were numerically simulated,and the effect of the flows inside the conductive pipe by outlet shape was analyzed.The influences of different inlet pressures and different outlet shapes were compared,the mass flow rate and outlet velocity of the conductive pipe were analyzed,and then the effect of the turning moment was gained through integrative analysis.Thus,the validity of the jet driving rotor was confirmed,and an applicable optimized design method was found out to minimize the total loss of the conductive pipe.
