摘    要:为增强冰形使用的可靠性,基于Kriging模型,提出了冰形曲线参数化的方法。以多组冰风洞试验冰形为对象,分析了方法的可操作性及其关键参数对结果的影响规律。同时,结合等效砂粒高度的概念,阐述了参数化冰形实际应用中的有效建议。研究表明:方法是可行的,它在保证了原冰形几何特征的基础上,有效光滑了小尺度的尖角和凹陷,优化了原冰形;在考虑合适表面粗糙度后,又保持了原冰形气动特性。方法为试验冰形后处理提供了必要的手段,同时可结合高精度拟合方法,推广至冰形预测中,以提高冰形获取效率和适用性。

Abstract:In order to enhance the reliability of ice shape, a parameterization method of ice shape was proposed based on the Kriging model. In the experiment part, several ice shapes and their parameterized curves were given to show the operability of the proposed method. Moreover, the influence of the key parameters in the method was also analyzed. Finally, the effective suggestions in the application of the proposed method was given based on the introduction of roughness. Through the research, the feasibility of the method was shown. Concretely, the method can smooth the small-scale sharp corners and notches effectively to optimize the original ice shape, and also maintain the aerodynamic characteristics of the original shapes after considering the appropriate surface roughness. The method can provide a necessary way for the post-processing of experimental ice shape, and it can be extended to ice shape obtaining process to improve the efficiency and applicability of ice shape based on the high-precision fitting method.
