某发动机低压涡轮盘技术寿命研究

摘    要:本文对某发动机低压涡轮盘进行了技术寿命研究。对盘进行了应力计算 ,寿命分析 ,确定了考核部位。对试验设备、试验件及试验参数进行了介绍。给出了 2个试验件的试验结果 ,并根据有关规范给出了轮盘的标准循环数和平均飞行小时数。试验研究为轮盘定寿、延寿提供了试验依据。

Abstract:This paper studies useful life of an areoengine's LPT (Low Pressure Turbine) disk by analysis and experiment.Stress calculation and life prediction are performed to choose the critical location where cracks likely occur.Experiment equipments,specimens and parameters on the basis of equivalent damage principles are introduced.In this paper test results of two specimens are presented,which are used to determine the standard cycles and average flying hours of the disk in accordance with related literature.Test research provided experimental basis for useful life assessment and prolongation of disk.
