推重比10一级发动机技术改进方案分析

摘    要:依据大量计算和估算研究 ,探讨了提高发动机推重比的改进方案。在推重比 1 0一级发动机参数的基础上 ,进行了发动机性能对设计参数的敏感性分析和初步优化迭代计算。依靠气动热力学的进步和配以相应的材料、工艺技术 ,发动机推重比可达到 1 2左右。进一步依靠减重设计和轻质材料的应用 ,发动机推重比可达到约 1 5。通过方案的相对难度比较分析 ,确定了一套可行的、短期可实现的、可达到推重比 1 5的改进方案

Abstract:On the basis of a large number of computation and estimation researches,the improvement schemes for increasing aeroengine thrust-weight ratio were studied.Analysis of sensitivity of the aeroengine performance to the design parameters and preliminary optimization calculation were carried out.Due to aerodynamic and thermodynamic progress along with the advancement of materials and technology,aeroengine thrust-weight ratio may reach 12.Then by means of weight decreasing design and the application of especially low weight composite,aeroengine thrust-weight ratio may further enhance to 15. Through the relative difficulty analysis,a viable and short-term realizable improvement scheme, which can enhance the thrust-weight ratio to 15,was presented.
