指尖密封泄漏流动的数值仿真分析

摘    要:介绍了指尖密封的基本结构,并根据指尖密封的结构特点,提出了指尖密封泄漏流动的数学模型和计算模型。针对影响指尖密封封严特性的主要影响因素,用FLUENT流体分析计算软件对该计算模型进行了数值仿真计算,最后给出了数值仿真计算的结论。

Abstract:The Basic structures of finger seal were introduced,and according to the features of finger seal structure,the mathematic model and calculating model of finger seal leakage flow were set up.In the light of the main affecting factors of finger seal leakage characteristics,the numerical simulations and analysis were done using the CFD software FLUENT.Some important conclusions were given in the paper.
