摘    要:针对高速多级风扇转子出口流场的特点 ,突出追求高频响、小尺寸、高精度、可靠性 ,发展了一种圆柱单孔高频压力探针。借助位移机构和高速数据采集处理系统 ,并在测量过程中实时标定传感器零点和灵敏度 ,成功地直接测出了某高速多级风扇第三级转子出口二维周期性流场。以数据的准确性和精细的分辨率 ,为这个级的修改设计提供了重要的真实流场依据 ,并证明了这种探针、测量和数据处理计算方法及测量系统简单、精细、实用和可靠。

Abstract:A single hole cylindrical high frequency response pressure probe characterized by high frequency,small size,high accuracy and reliability has been developed for rotor flow measurements in a high speed multistage fan.With the help of a two axes traverse mechanism and a high speed data acquisition and processing system,the periodic two dimensional flow field at the exit of the third rotor of the fan has been successfully measured by using an on line calibration technique to determine the pressure sensitivity and null pressure reading (zero offset) during the compressor measurements.The results with the high accuracy and fine resolution provide an important basis for redesign of the third stage.Furthermore,the probe,measuring method and data reduction procedure are proved simple,precise,practical and reliable.
