滚动轴承故障诊断的自适应共振解调技术

摘    要:针对共振解调技术在实际使用中存在必须事先通过冲击试验确定高频共振频率和带通滤波器的中心频率固定不变的缺点,提出了自适应共振解调技术。自适应共振解调技术可以在共振解调处理之前依靠对振动信号的频谱分析自动识别高频共振频率,然后根据被测对象的高频共振频率自适应地改变带通滤波器的中心频率。并研究了自适应共振解调技术的实现方法,并对实际轴承振动信号进行了自适应共振解调分析。研究结果表明,该技术可方便地在工程中应用。

Abstract:There are two drawbacks of the Demodulated Resonance Technique (DRT), which are: impact test is needed to determine the excitation frequency of a bearing system;the central frequency of the band-pass filter is unchangeable.Adaptive Demodulated Resonance Technique (ADRT) was used to overcome the drawbacks.ADRT can auto-identify the high-frequency resonance frequency by analyzing the vibration signal measured on the bearing housing,and can adaptively change the central frequency of the band-pass filter based on the high-frequency resonance frequency of the bearing system.Experimental results of the 6307 bearings show that the ADRT is more convenient and effective in extracting the symptoms of the rolling bearing faults than DRT.
