圆柱滚子中介轴承拟静力学分析

摘    要:航空燃气涡轮发动机为了提高性能经常采用中介轴承.中介轴承对发动机转子系统的动力特性的影响很大,但国内外对中介轴承动力学特性的研究却很少.本文采用拟静力学法,通过分析圆柱滚子中介轴承的运动关系和受载情况,建立了相应的计算模型.本文应用所建立的模型,计算了圆柱滚子中介轴承的动力学特性,并将计算得到的滚子打滑率与试验结果进行了比较.在此基础上,进一步对内外圈反向旋转,且内圈与高压转子联接、外圈与低压转子联接的中介轴承进行了分析,研究了保持架转速、滚子自转转速以及滚子与保持架的接触力随径向载荷变化的关系.研究结果表明,随着径向载荷的增加,保持架转速、滚子自转转速以及滚子与保持架的接触力均增大.

Abstract:Intershaft bearings are often used in gas turbine engines for better performance.The intershaft bearing has great influence upon the dynamic performance of engine rotor systems,but few research results about it are available.A cylindrical roller intershaft bearing analysis model is established by using the quasi-static method,and the calculation results of roller slip ratio are compared with the experimental data in this paper.An intershaft bearing with counter rotating inner ring and outer ring is analyzed.The inner ring of the bearing is mounted on the high pressure rotor,and the outer ring is mounted on the low pressure rotor.The cage speed,the speed of the rollers and the contact forces between the rollers and the cage,are calculated and results are obtained under different radial forces.It shows that,the values of the cage speed,the roller speed and the contact forces between the rollers and the cage all increase as the radial force increases.
