激光微粒影象的三维判读技术

摘    要:微粒尺寸和分布的测量在工业、农业等许多工程和科学领域中都很重要。目前检测微粒场特性主要采用光学方法,特别是激光摄影技术,如激光显微摄影和激光全息摄影等。这不仅因为胶片是一种高容量的永久记录介质,还由于测量结果直观,便于分析,其主要困难在于微粒影象的判读和处理。本文希望在微粒影象判读方面提出一种既能确定粒径、又能确定微粒位置的新方法。

Abstract:A new approach to evaluate the particle sizes and positions has been deve loped on the basis of their coherent images.According to the experimental and calculated results about the coherent images of steady particles,the paper described the features of coherent images of particles.It is concluded that the characteristics of the coherent images are different from those in incoherent cases,and the more the image deviates from the focus,the more obvious the differences are.From theoretical analysis, the conclusion has been drawn and proved that the normalized intensity distributions of coherent images of particles are the same when their recording far-field conditions are identical.The new method to determine the particle sizes and positions is just based on this conclusion.
