低雷诺数效应对某型风扇的性能影响及改进方案研究

摘    要:高空、低马赫数条件下,低雷诺数效应对风扇/压气机的工作性能影响很大。为分析某型风扇的低雷诺数效应,采用Wassell半经验方法和三维数值模拟方法对该型风扇的高空气动性能和流场特性进行了分析和研究。为削弱低雷诺数效应的影响,重新设计了静子叶型并对改型设计的效果进行了评估。

Abstract:Under the conditions of high-altitude and low-Ma,the low-Re number affects the performance of the fan/compressor greatly.In order to analyse the effect of low-Reynolds number on the performance of some fans,Wassell semi-empirical method and 3D numerical simulation method have been employed to study the aerodynamic performance and flow field structure of the fan.For the sake of denting the influence of low-Reynolds number,the stator aerofoil was redesigned and the effect of the modified design was evaluated.
