幂律流体物性参数及叶型几何对离心泵湍流流动的影响

摘    要:详细阐述了颗粒拟温度方程,计算了不同型线的叶轮及改变幂律流体物性参数对湍流流动的影响。计算结果表明,叶轮吸力面上的颗粒拟温度小于压力面上的,而且靠近壁面处的大于叶道中的。颗粒拟温度可探讨性地成为叶片磨损程度的衡量指标之一。从减轻叶片磨损角度来讲,双圆弧型线比单圆弧的好,叶片出口角小的比出口角大的好。这对改进适应两相流的叶轮设计,具有重要的指导意义和应用价值。

Turbulent Flow of Power Law Fluid under the Influence of Its Material Parameters and Pump Impeller Blade Geometry

Abstract:The character of pseudothermal temperature equation is expounded;numerical computation of two phase flow of power law fluid in different kind of pump impeller blade and under the influence of its material parameters (viscosity and flow exponent) has been performed.Pseudothermal temperature on tension side is higher than that on suction side,and pseudothermal temperature near wall is higher than that in interior.Pseudothermal temperature can be used to describe abrasion level.Form the point of view of diminishing the abrasion,we can find blade pump impeller with double arc shape is better than that with single arc shape,pump impeller with small outlet angle is better than that with big outlet angle.The conclusions lay foundation for efficient design and improving the property of pump impeller.
