摘    要:在转动坐标系里 ,讨论非结构网格下 ,含多排冷却孔的涡轮转子三维流场雷诺平均 Navier-Stokes方程组的求解。计算表明 :含冷却孔的转子流场计算要比静子流场复杂的多。为了得到较为满意的流场数值解 ,本文对叶片压力面与吸力面采用了不同的湍流模式、并且还对流场迭代中初始场选取方式以及转子叶尖间隙计算站的设置等问题进行了一系列的改进。几个典型流场算例表明 :初始场选取、湍流模式的合理选用对转动坐标系下获得一个收敛的三维流场数值解至关重要 ;另外 ,转子叶尖间隙站的设置直接影响着间隙附近的流场 ,尤其对现代高负荷涡轮转子 ,间隙流动的研究就更为重要。

Abstract:A high resolution finite volume scheme for the Reynolds averaged Navier Stokes solutions on unstructured Grids has been developed and tested in rotating Cartesian coordinates.A Godunov type upwind method was used for inviscid flux computations.The second order smoothing operator and the minmod limiter were developed for shock capturing.A finite volume formulation was applied to computations of viscous terms.The turbulence models for suction and pressure surfaces of turbine rotor blade rows with film cooling were established,respectively.Initial conditions in calculation procedure of N S equations were given by a new method.The rotor region had a tip clearance grid system that contained about 7 grid points in the spanwise direction.The computed results obtained from the proposed scheme are compared with experiment in a good agreement and show a dramatic improvement in the convergence and in the resolution of flowfield.
