无损检测模糊理论及其应用

摘    要:断裂力学在工程中的应用,首先必须准确知道结构材料中的缺陷尺寸,但是由于无损检测的模糊不确定性导致检测出的缺陷尺寸(检测尺寸)与缺陷真实尺寸之间存在较大误差。本文对此进行了研究,建立了无损检测模糊理论,提出了缺陷尺寸与其检测尺寸之间的数学关系式,得到了在指定检测尺寸下的缺陷真实尺寸分布规律,给出了缺陷尺寸模糊分布、模糊区间估计和超标缺陷的隶属度,从而成功地解决了无损检测对材料缺陷进行有效的定量分析这一难题。基于该无损检测模糊理论,还将形成更加切合工程实际的模糊寿命预测、模糊断裂准则、模糊损伤容限设计、压力容器的模糊评定等一系列新的理论和方法。

Abstract:The uncertainty in the flaw size determination and the flaw detection has been studied,and a fuzzy theory of nondestructive testing (NDT) is established.The mathematical relations between the measured flaw sizes by NDT and the actual flaw sizes is presented.The distribution of true flaw sizes is obtained at a given measured flaw size.Fuzzy interval evaluation and membership degree of the flaws exceeding the specified size are given.Thus a quantitative method for determining the actual flaw size is successfully developed to make full use of the measured flaw sizes from different NDT sources.The new concepts of fuzzy life estimation,fuzzy fracture criterions,fuzzy damage tolerance design,fuzzy assessment of the pressure vessel integrity should be put forward on the basis of the fuzzy theory of NDT.
