摘    要:超跨音对转涡轮高气流转折角特点对叶片解析造型提出了苛刻要求,本文探讨高次多项式解析造型方法设计超跨音对转涡轮大转折角叶型。在保证表征叶片气动特性的主要特征参数,如栅距t、尾缘转折角δ和叶栅喉道宽度bth等不变的情况下,通过调整和优化选择叶型辅助参数,采取控制叶背与叶盆型线曲率大小和叶栅槽道收敛性的方法,达到控制燃气速度在超音速大转折角叶栅内流场合理分布及抑制激波的生成与强度的目的。数值模拟实例表明,高次多项式解析造型方法能快速、高效、可靠地设计出高性能的超音速大转折初始叶型。

Abstract:It's very difficult to design transonic contra rotating turbine blades because of its large flow deflection angle character.The paper mainly discusses how to design contra rotating turbine large deflection angle blades with high order polynomial method.This method keeps the main dynamic performance design parameters unchanged,such as pitch,unguided turning and throat.But the aims of controlling the distribution of gas velocity in the supersonic large deflection angle cascade and restraining the shock produced and its intensity can be achieved by adjusting and optimizing the other subsidiary parameters,and controling the curvature of both pressure side and suction side and the passage convergence of cascade.The numerical experiments show that the high order polynomial analytic method can quickly,efficiently and reliably design high performance supersonic large deflection angle preliminary profiles.
