单晶叶片应力分析方法及应用

摘    要:从单晶变形机理出发 ,采用晶体滑移理论 ,给出了单晶弹塑性蠕变滑移本构模型。建立了全新的有限元列式 ,并用于某气冷单晶涡轮叶片弹塑料性蠕变应力分析。

Abstract:In this paper,based on the mechanism of crystal slip and considering the lattice rotation and finite deformation,the crystallographic constitutive model for the plastic and creep behavior was established,a new finite element formulation was given.As an example of application,the stress and creep deformation analysis was carried out for the single crystal blade of a certain aeroengine.The application has shown the effectiveness of this new method.
