涡轴发动机性能参数的等效换算

摘    要:涡轴发动机采用自由涡轮物理转速为常数的调节规律不能保证发动机在工作条件变化时的完全相似,论证了传统相似换算公式在涡轴发动机上存在过大误差.利用某型涡轴发动机数学模型开展仿真研究,提出了涡轴发动机试验性能参数的等效换算方法.在某型发动机上的初步应用表明采用该方法可以有效减小功率和耗油率的换算误差,从而为制定涡轴发动机的试验性能修正标准和出厂验收考核规范奠定了基础.

Abstract:The turbo-shaft engine with free turbine can't guarantee similar rule perfectly.For the purpose of engine parameter correction,the traditional resemble correction formula with too much tolerance was discussed.And,a more scientific method called equivalent conversion of turbo-shaft engine parameters correction based on simulation was brought forward.Finally,an example was presented.The results show that,this new method can be used to reduce the tolerance of the performance parameter correction,laying a foundation for formulating the turbo-shaft engine test performance modification standard and acceptation specification.
