摘    要:研制了轴承预紧力测试装置,通过该试验装置对预紧力和系统固有频率的关系进行了研究.对轴承预紧力随系统固有频率变化的试验数据进行了拟合.结果表明:该试验装置从一定程度上反映了轴承的预紧特性.固有频率随轴承预紧力的增大而增大,相同的预紧力下,系统固有频率随轴承支承跨距的增大而增大.拟合得到的预紧力-固有频率-支承跨距关系式精度较高.

Abstract:A special-purpose testing device for bearing preload was developed. The relationship between preload and system natural frequency was researched on this test rig. The test data of bearing preload versus system natural frequency were analyzed. The results show that the preload test rig can reflect the bearing's pre-tight characteristic to certain extent. The system natural frequency increases with the bearing preload increasing. At same bearing preload, the system natural frequency increases with the increase of bearing's supporting span. The precision of the fitted relationship of preload-natural frequency-bearing span is higher.
