双转子系统轴承座松动的动力学模型及故障特性

摘    要:针对双转子系统轴承座松动故障,基于实验台双转子结构,考虑松动轴承座的3自由度平面刚体运动,引入碰撞恢复系数,建立双转子系统轴承座松动的动力学模型.基于Timoshenko梁单元,利用有限元和刚体运动学方法,采用Newmark-β算法进行数值仿真,对轴承座松动故障时内、外转子运动的动力学特性进行了研究.同时,进行了两种不同转速组合下双转子系统的松动实验,结果基本相同.将仿真结果与实验结果对比分析,结果表明:轴承座松动故障时,松动转子振动位移波形有“削波”现象,内、外转子振动位移频谱不但含有两转子基频的差频与和频,还包含支承松动转子的2倍频,3倍频等分量;低频段谱线较多,含有分频成分等;转子位移频谱中还含有较少的组合频率成分等.轴承座单侧松动时,松动转子的轴心轨迹呈拉伸的类椭圆状.
