| 摘 要： | RST-6数字式发动机电子调节系统是以WZ-6G发动机为调节对象,以天然气为燃料,带动负载为100y190-7离心水泵,RST-6系统由传感器,电子控制箱(包括CMC-80为控制中心的单板机)及供气装置等三大部件组成。系统能以自动或手动二种方式起动和加(减)速发动机,并能根据测得的大气温度T_o,天然气温度T_Q,涡轮后温度T_4~*,热值H_u来自动修

| Abstract: | A digital electronic control system RST-6 for WZ6G engine, in which a CMC-80 microcomputer and a step-motor driven by a needle metering valve are used. In order to enhance the accuracy of control and the speed of system response, variable coefficient dual-speed control with PID feedback is adopted. A large number of integratedelements and anti-interference measures are employed to increase the reliabilityof the system.The present system has run on trial 4200 hours in the Zhongyuan oil field. |
