有关对转涡轮基本设计与应用的进一步思考

摘    要:根据本文作者以前发表的对转涡轮全面基础分析 ,进一步提出了几点以前尚少注意的气动热力设计问题 :基于高、低压轴压气机 (含风扇 )各自需要的负荷与转速、压比匹配的实用可能 ,来选择基元级与叶栅 ,提出比较适合对转涡轮使用的发动机系统 ;以及特大折转角叶栅与基本切向特小折转角叶栅的需要可能性与设计等。综合发动机系统与叶轮机械气动设计的要求而对这些问题进行的考虑 ,会有助于发展即将实用的对转涡轮。

Abstract:According to the comprehensive basic analysis of counter rotating turbines given by the author ten years ago,some aero thermodynamic design problems, which have not yet attracted enough attention of turbine designers,are raised and discussed.The possibilities for application of various counter rotating elementary stages and their cascades are elaborated from the viewpoint of the required matchings of the loads,rotating speeds and pressure ratios between the high pressure and low pressure counter rotating shafts,and then the turboengine systems suitable for utilization of the counter rotating turbines are proposed.Finally the possibility and necessity for designing the ultra high turning angle cascades and the ultra high inlet and outlet angle (related to axial direction) low turning angle cascades are considered.Therefore the consideration on integration of the requirements for both the engine systems and turbomachinery gasdynamic designs will be beneficial to the development of the counter rotating turbines.
